Have you tried uninstalling it, then re installing the latest? as well when does this happen most? during hard runs of the computer?
    How old is it?

    Nope, i haven't tried...
Anyway those BSoDs seem to be random, last one was not so much after the start and i was just listening to music and surfing on the net
Other 2s, I don't really remember exactly, but I think it was after a long run but i was just playing quake live
System is 1 year old, i had other BSoDs but after a fresh install, after 2 weeks, these are the only ones I got
After the error 0xd1, i had some other BSoDs (something like 0xA and 0xE, I don't remember exactly) and my PC didn't want to start correctly

Your NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti driver seem to be causing some issues:

    Code:
    Image path: nvlddmkm.sys
        Image name: nvlddmkm.sys
        Timestamp: Tue Oct 02 19:21:13 2012 (506B3099)
Update to latest beta driver by following these steps:

Download Driver > Uninstall Display Driver (Current) > Reboot > Run Driver Sweeper > Reboot > Install Latest Driver

Driver Sweeper will remove any left over files from the old driver, which in turn may cause conflicts when installing the new driver. Create a System Restore point or another form of backup beforehand in case something happens during the process.

    Driver Sweeper:
