BSOD Netio.sys while using uTorrent

I own a Lenovo G580 laptop and when I use uTorrent I get BSOD crashes. The BSOD says something about Netio.sys and a quick google search turned a lot of results for this.
Things that may help a diagnosis:
Windows 7 Home Premium
No McAffee (as I've seen it being the culprit). McAfee was installed when the laptop came, but I uninstalled and installed KIS which my software of choice.
I tried different wifi drivers today, but with no results (I spent a lot of time installing-uninstalling, maybe this is apparent in the logs).
I also tried to install a different utorrent version, but to no avail.
I'm uploading the files requested, I hope I'm doing it right.

Welcome

Did you try downloading torrent, with no "Internet Security" software on your computer?

I disabled KIS2013 and I've opened uTorrent.
It's been around 2 hours now and still no BSOD.
I'll report back again. Disabling my antivirus however, would not be a good solution.
I also found this, could be the same in my case?

Could be a fix but I'm not sure.

I'd suggest you to uninstall KIS and replace with MSE. See if it BSOD-s. And you obviously won't have to disable MSE for downloading torrent.
Quote:
MSE is recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability compared to other antiviruses/internet security software:-
1. Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows
2. Malwarebytes - Free
3. Good and Free system security combination.
Do not start the free trial of Malware Bytes; remember to deselect that option when prompted.

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.
Most cases I've seen that "Internet security" softwares tend to put a barrier with torrent apps.

You will have to get rid of either - the torrent client of the internet security that's being used.

Also update the network drivers after switching AV.

Thanks koolkat for all the advice.
I'll try the previous fix just in case and if it doesn't work I'll continue testing without an antivirus.
The thing with the wifi drivers is that I cannot find them in the Lenovo site. I have a Broadcom adapter and in the support site there are drivers only for other manufacturers. I downloaded this because the 5.100.xxx version seems to be consistent with the Broadcom drivers I have, but I'm not sure if it's the correct one.

I've been using KIS for many years in many computers (I own 5 licences which I renew) without any problems and to be honest I'm satisfied by it and I wouldn't want to remove it. So if the problem persists I'll first try another torrent client (although I've seen people having the same problem with other clients).

I'll report back again with any progression. Thanks again.

Just wanted to update it. I tried the fix I posted and since yesterday there is no problem.
I disabled this Teredo thing and it's been BSOD free since yesterday.
I'll keep on monitoring it, but it usually had a BSOD in the first hour or so, so I'm optimistic.
