Ok so I;ve marked one stick with a piece of blue paper (I refer to this as stick 2)

I'm using an ASUS P8P67 Pro motherboard and I'm using the two light blue slots on it

Current tests I've done:

Slot 0 (First Blue Slot)
Stick 1 - Passed (7 Passes, No errors)
Stick 2 (Blue Paper) - Passed (7 Passes, No errors)

Slot 1 (2nd Blue Slot) -
Stick 1 - Not Tested
Stick 2 - Not Tested

The reason why I can't test the 2nd blue slot is because my computer cant seem to boot properly. I've inserted the single RAM stick into the slot and booted it up, but the computer boots for 2 seconds and then shutsdown. It then re-boots but nothing happens. Also the red light on the CPU_LED is on too.

I made sure the RAM is clicked in place properly but it still wont go. It did this last night but I removed the RAM and put it back in and it worked. Now it wont start!

Any reason why it wont work?

So, the errors you posted in this post, it is on which stick? Make it a bit more clear.

If you cannot boot with a single RAM stick inserted in a particular DIMM slot, it is the fault of that slot; that in turn blames the motherboard.

If you are under warranty, let the vendor know about the situation.
