are not attached when bsod appears? Connect as less as possible. So disconnect mouse and test. Disconnect keyboard as well and test. If possible attach a monitor without usb hub. I don't expect the mouse/keyboard is the problem

I think it's the usb hub in monitor that's causing the problem

It's an usb3.0 hub that's having problems (or its driver). Do you have usb3.0 ports on monitor? Do you have usb3.0 ports on motherboard?

I have USB 3.0 on motherboard, but I am not using them usually. Monitor, mouse, keyboard etc. are connected via USB 2.0.

Sometimes when I charge my phone I use USB 3.0 but today my phone wasn't connected when I had the BSOD.

usb hub on monitor is usb2.0??

goto device manager. expand the usb branch. uninstall the usb3.0 stuff only. Now reboot.
Be sure only to uninstall usb3.0!!! otherwise your mouse will not work anymore
