System Service Exception on 12-12-12 (End of the world at noon)

Getting sporadic System Service Exception BSODs. No discernible pattern.

Last action was using a web browser in a Linux VM.

One pertinent note:
After the original OS install of Win 7 64, I found 2 bad memory modules (after debugging Memory Management Exceptions) that I since replaced. Is it advisable to reload the OS (and reinstall all the drivers and update them and reload all apps and update them...and hoping the answer is no...)?

Code:
BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, 0, fffff8800ab80390, 0}

Probably caused by : win32k.sys ( win32k!GreAddLogicalSurfaceToDirtyQueue+9d )
Code:
Usual causes: System service, Device driver, graphics driver, memory
Run Driver Verifier to scan for any corrupted drivers which may be causing problems, this program works by running various stress tests on drivers, in order to produce a BSOD which will locate the driver; run for least 24 hours: Additional Help - Using Driver Verifier to identify issues with Drivers

System BSOD'ed on boot...twice. Then the OS wouldn't start. After a few hacks, was finally able to load from a restore point to Safe Mode and insured Driver Verifier was disabled. OS is running again. Loading a new dump. Hope it shows something useful.

Here's the latest dump I could find, Driver Verifier didn't seem to find anything:

Code:
BugCheck 1000007E, {ffffffffc0000005, fffff80002f62939, fffff88003376528, fffff88003375d80}

Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!IovUtilMarkDeviceObject+9 )
Code:
Usual causes: Insufficient disk space, Device driver, Video card, BIOS, Breakpoint with no debugger attached, Hardware incompatibility, Faulty system service, Memory, 3rd party remote control
Run some hard-drive diagnostics and follow these steps:Find your hard-drive manufacturer and run their tests.

Additional Tests:Post a screenshot of Crystal Disk Info summary: Make sure you have the latest firmware for SSD, and ensure all the SATA and Power cables are connected to the drive.

Check for any file system errors and bad sectors using Option #2 of:Use this command with Disk Check:

Code:
chkdsk C: /f /r
