hi

I have a big problem in the machine, a blue screen appears in the device
Were followers of steps in the following topic

Please uninstall symantec antivirus

For the time being stop using firefox

Instead use
Download: Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details
Also perform this

RAM - Test with Memtest86+
