Hello Icypanda.

Install Service pack 1.
Learn how to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)
Service Pack Center - Microsoft Windows

Your crash dumps are not showing any finite probable cause. In such a situation, it is better to enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

Test your RAM modules for possible errors, too.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight, per RAM module per slot.

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

Also whilst running driver verifier will it produce it's own crash report like the minidumps or will I still need to attach the minidumps from the same location as before?

The crashes that will be created by DV will be recorded in the same folder, and by executing the SF Diag tool, you will be able to extract them all.

It is caused by Atheros network adapter driver.

Update it from ATHEROS drivers for Microsoft Windows (Atheros?????).

BTW, have you taken the memtest? Let us know.

The thing is I have gone onto my network adapters and I am currently using a TP-LINK 150 Mbps Wireless N Adapter so i'm not quite sure how I have a Atheros driver installed.
