    That crash dump indicates nothing .... you plan to replace the hardware.

    yes, I talked to seller already.... the only problem what i have bring the laptop from ecuador to Canada....

    Hi Arc, would you like to know how simple it was to solve my problem with the win8 installation?
    my head was pounding.... and than I was reading this a long time ago... somebody said, that windows 8 installation don't like to much memory... so what I did..... I reduced my upgrade 12 gb memory to the original 6 gb..and ???? it works normal... no BSOD (so far+++) and everything is installed
