BSOD playing minecraft (Exact message in post)

    HP Pavilion G6
    4 GB of RAM
    Quad Core
    Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 6520G
    Windows 7 Home Preimum x64

While playing minecraft a while ago, my whole computer froze, I couldn't do anything. So I just turned off the laptop and turned it back on. When I logged in, my external mouse wasn't working, and it still isn't working. So I did a restart and while windows was "Shunting Down" I got this message,

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage
    to your computer.

    BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER

If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error screen,
restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow
    these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.
If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or stofware manufacturer
for any windows update you might need.

If problems contunue, diable or remove any newly installed hardware
or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart
your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup options, and then
    select Safe Mode.

After another restart everything was working fine, but the mouse I can use the track pad just fine though, it only the external Logitech mouse. I created a file dump with the SF Diagnostic Tool that is in the attachments.

    Thanks in advance

So basically, I'm asking for a solution to get the external mouse to work again.
