BSOD while playing poker on multiple online poker clients, win32k.sys

Hello,

I recently have been having an issue related to playing poker and having my computer BSOD. I play on the clients from pokerstars.com, 888.com, fulltiltpoker.com, carbonsports.com, and partypoker.com while running the program holdem manager and usually running firefox for use of grooveshark. I have run bluescreenview and here is what it comes up with (I'm not sure how to better post this but hopefully you guys are familiar enough with it to understand it):

I tried going through startup repair to fix the registry but it was no luck and blue screened again the next day, then I ran ccleaner to try to clean up the registry but again with no luck. I have just run memtest as well and it isn't coming up with anything. This has me at my wits ends, can anyone help out?

Code:
BugCheck 1A, {41790, fffffa800bfe87e0, ffff, 0}

Probably caused by : win32k.sys ( win32k!SURFACE::Map+175 )
Code:
Usual causes: Device driver, memory, kernel
Follow these steps -

Memory:Run Memtest86+ for least 7-8 passes, and preferably overnight as it can take a while to fully complete.

Test each RAM stick individually, if an error is found then move the same RAM stick into the next DIMM slot and test again, if errors are found for the same RAM stick in every available slot then you have a faulty RAM module. On the other hand, if no errors are found in the next slot or the other slots for the same RAM module, then you have a faulty DIMM slot.

Test each RAM stick and every motherboard DIMM slot available.

Since, you have been using Registry Cleaners, there may be untold damage to your registry, since these registry cleaners usually delete or modify registry entries which can corrupt your Windows operating system. Use System File Checker to scan for any corrupted or missing protected Windows 7 files:Upload a .NFO file:

Start > Type: msinfo32 > File, Save

I ran the SFC /Scannow command and got the "windows resource protection did not find any integrity violations" message, so that looks good.

I ran the memtest thing yesterday for all 4 of my ram sticks for ~700% as I read about doing this in multiple other threads and there were no issues with any ram stick or slot on my motherboard.

I have attached a copy of my .nfo file as well.

What anti-virus program are you using? I couldn't see any installed at all.

Run Driver Verifier to scan for any corrupted drivers which may be causing problems, this program works by running various stress tests on drivers, in order to produce a BSOD which will locate the driver; run for least 24 hours: Additional Help - Using Driver Verifier to identify issues with Drivers

Install and perform full scans with: Remember to install the free version of Malwarebytes not the free trail; untick the free trial box during installation

I was using Avast but in my attempts to fix the BSOD error, I uninstalled it. I saw another thread where someone was getting a BSOD from it and it fixed it. I am going to switch to the antivirus software you have linked, thanks for that. I will also perform the driver verifier and come back with results.

That's good to know, make sure you have all the security definitions updated for both Malwarebytes and MSE, Malwarebytes usually asks you to update when you first run the program, but you can scan for MSE and other Windows Updates here:

Start > Type: Windows Update > Select Updates/Scan for Updates

When running malwarebytes, it found the following 2 'trojans,' don't know if this has anything to do with it or not but good to get rid of them anyways:

C:\Windows\System32\msvfd32.exe (Trojan.Clicker.CT) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Adobe Licensing Console (Trojan.Clicker.CT) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.

Been running the driver verifier in the background (I think, not sure how to check its running but i followed all instructions and restarted my computer) for about 6 hours so far, will report back when its all done. Still running the microsoft security essentials scan as well.

Sound from grooveshark/youtube a little staticky now that I am running the driver verifier.

It's good you have managed to remove those Trojans, which can cause problems with your system, and you may turn off Driver Verifier after 24 hours. You may have to use Safe Mode to disable Driver Verifier, use the additional help I provided for more information when you need to disable it.

Run some hard-drive diagnostics and follow these steps:Find your hard-drive manufacturer and run their tests.

Additional Tests:Post a screenshot of Crystal Disk Info summary: Make sure you have the latest firmware for SSD, and ensure all the SATA and Power cables are connected to the drive.

Check for any file system errors and bad sectors using Option #2 of:Use this command with Disk Check:
