BSOD After Resume from Sleep Mode on New Win 7 install

New here. Please advise if additional info or different format is needed. I've been experiencing video freeze up after resuming Windows from Sleep Mode on a new Win 7 x64 install.

When powered back up, machine says windows has recovered from an unexpected error and details indicate blue screen occurred.

Experimented with Windbg by examiing the four dump files provided here. All four indicate that "AuthenticAMD is probably the culprit. Does this suggest the CPU itself is failing? I notice this is a 124 error. I keep seeing as I read up on this that that means a hardware failure.

I have run Memtest 8 Passes without errors.

I have run Prime95 for an hour and a half with no errors.

I have performed sfc /scannow and found no integrity violations.

I've attached the ouput file from you Diagnostic tool and am assuming it provides all necessary information.

Thanks in advance for your help.

I see my post has been viewed 186 times with no replies. I must not be following the proper protocol. Can someone advise if I should revise, add information, etc?
