i have a hp laptop. i trie once to open. i could only reach the ram. tested them first with one then the other one and so on. the rest is impossible with my pc knowledge. it only happens when watching vids. and i had sp 1 installed before clean install of Windows 7. im installing know again sp1. but i dont think this will help. what infos gives the dump files. referring to a specific hardware or software error? nothing?

It is a hardware error, but which part f the hardware is causing the issue is not specific, and memory dumps cannot usually specify it.

If you are under warranty, contact the vendor. Otherwise, take it to a technician and ask for dusting and dismantling it, and if possible, a GPU change.
