Arc, I have run the TDSSKiller and it found no threats.
Also, SFC/scannow was run in CMD under administrator, with no integrity violations.
I uninstalled/reinstalled a fresh copy of MSE and scanned with the latest updates.

I did not yet perform the Windows Defender Offline scan, as the download keeps stalling ~45%, and I will download it tomorrow when I have access to more reliable internet.

    I did get another BSOD.
Are most BSOD's this frustrating to track down?

Probably, more or less, as I am still within warranty until December.
But for now I can't go without my PC for more than a few days with school and all.

All are your motherboard's chipset driver. Either try to update them all from Intel Download Center or the best is you go for a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

While reinstalling, you may have a look, what are the only component I have installed. Point that you may note, I have NEVER faced a single BSOD in my life.
    Attachment 255000

But if it dont stop crashing even after a clean reinstall with UPDATED chipset drivers, all those motherboard driver failures then will be interpreted as something else.

I have the latest Intel chipset drivers. I will reinstall the OS and get back with you.
Previously I screen captured the drivers that I had installed before the clean install, to get all the drivers.
Should I not install all of the drivers? and which ones are essential?

I'm afraid I must ask what the "something else" is, because after a fresh install earlier today, my computer just BSOD'd again.

When all the motherboard drivers are failing at once, and updating the drivers does not work, it may be assumed that the fault is not in the part of the drivers, but of the board itself.

I would suggest you to follow this instruction.

Here is the dump, is it possible this was unrelated to the motherboard drivers?
If not, I will get in contact with HP again.
