Memory Dump-Can't Shutdown Laptop

Hi Everybody,

I have a hp laptop and I installed win8 on it. nowadays when I want to shut down or restart my laptop it took a very long time and after that it just restart and after loading windows it gives me an error about memory. I uploaded report which windows creates.
I will be grateful if you could help me on this problem

you should restore your system to the time it was good,
type restore in the start and run the system restore
