So, all I have to do is get a genuine software and key, and the blue screens will disappear?

No not necessarily, but pirated software can cause many problems, such as hangs and BSODs, I suggest you get a full refund from the retailer or whoever who sold the installation or computer, and then purchase a genuine Windows installation.

Okay. But isn't it strange that the BSOD only started appearing now, after about 5 months using it, and this windows. Shouldn't it be appearing right from the beginning?

Activation exploits may contain rootkits and/or Trojans which only become active under certain circumstances - but the fact that they deliberately alter system files renders the security of the system suspect forever.

Whether or not that's the case here, you'll be starting afresh, and the chances of encountering the same problem will be reduced accordingly, given your greater experience.
