BSOD randomly when playing games, probably hardware

So this blue screen has been happening randomly when playing some games and using some applications ever since I built my pc 2 years ago. I've upgraded some parts and completely re installed windows 7 in the past but it hasn't been fixed. Now it has started to happen again after I started playing Guild Wars 2. I'm pretty sure nothing is overheating because I recently got a much better heatsink and added a few case fans. I've monitored the temps while playing games and they never go near high enough to cause a blue screen. The only parts I haven't upgraded recently are my cpu, ram, motherboard, and HDD but I've ran tests on each of those in the past without anything showing up. It could be a simple driver issue, but I've posted on forums in the past about this issue and people usually tell me its something hardware, they just don't know what. If you need more info just ask. Any help would be much appreciated, Thanks!

My pc specs:
AMD athlon II x3 445 @ 3.1GHZ
GTX 560ti

It appears to be a bad CPU in my opinion, stop overclocking your CPU or any other hardware, and make sure the CPU is not overheating before running these tests:Read all the steps within the hardware test tutorials very carefully, as stress tests is designed run components to their maximum capacity, in order to point out failing or faulty hardware components.

thanks! that's what I've been thinking it was. I ran prime95 for about 30 minutes with no blue screen and my cpu stayed under 40C the whole time but when i play GW2 it will usually blue screen after about an hour. I also tested all of my ram sticks individually just to make sure and got a blue screen on each stick.

You need to run the test for least 2 hours, and please upload the new dumps for analysis. Remember to enable "Round off checking" with Prime95, there is a post below the tutorial which explains what it is and how to enable it.
