For some time now I've been having issues with my computer crashing to a BSOD, random game crashes, or some windows service crashing, not randomly, but when I play games. It usually happens a few minutes into the game, I would say less than 10 minutes into whatever game I'm attempting
to play. Other than games it runs fine. Video plays fine as well as everything else.
I have run a memory test, passed. Completely uninstalled and installed updated graphics drivers
, flashed Bios, updated windows, updated DirectX, all to no avail.
I'm fairly certain it has something to do with my GPU, though, being that it only happens when I go to play games.
Everything worked fine until about 3 weeks ago.
Most of the blue screens errors are: irql_not_less_or_equal (I'll capture a photo ASAP if need be.)
My system Specs are as follows:
Motherboard: MSI NF750 -G55
CPU: AMD Phenom II 955 Black Edition
Ram: 2xCrucial 2 Gigabyte DDR3 in Duel Channel
PSU: Diablotek 550 watt
GPU: EVGA nVidia GeForce GTX 550 Ti
HDD: 1Tb WD Cevlar Blue
OS: Windows 7 Professional x64
If I missed anything just let me know.
