    Hi monggoking

This looks like a one of case.. you just have 1 BSOD as far as i can see in the logs... which is caused by photoshop. Could be a bad reference to the scratch pad or memory.

You should be good to go... unless these kind of BSOD appears constantly

If it happens again do post in more dumps.

centaur78, thanks for your reply. It used to happen a lot before I replaced the SSD. So I thought after replacing the SSD, I would've fixed the problem (as I have replaced the mobo and ram already). That's why I panicked when I got the BSOD yesterday. All hardware except for the slave drive and the PSU is new now. I'll keep an eye on it. Thanks again!

Blue screen again. This time, while playing Battlefield 3. I'm using nVidia's latest driver for my GPU. Version 310.70... After the computer restarted, I tried playing the game again, now I can see artifacts in game and in the cinematics.

Does this mean my GPU is the culprit all this time? As the last crash was linked to using Photoshop, hence, graphics? Correct me if I'm wrong... But what's confusing me is that, I tried running the PC using the on-board graphics (I took the GPU out), and I still got random BSOD's and freezes. How do I test?

Also take note that I'm running a fresh install of Win7 x64 Ultimate.

I've uploaded the SF Zip file for this latest BSOD. Thanks a lot in advance guys!

Update: I haven't had a blue screen for 24 hours now. But what I get now is random freezes. Happens while I'm surfing the net using chrome. While browsing files, etc... Could it be the power supply? It's an old one. Corsair HX620... I'm really stuck now... Don't know what to do. Help anyone? Please.. Thanks.

    monggoking..

Sorry been busy... having a look at your files now...

As far you last comment goes..it looks more for a SSD or HDD problem .... since you replaced your SSD ... i am leaning towards the HDD...

Could you use the CrystalDisk and post a snapshot of the SMART Values.. both for SSD and HDD seperately.

Thanks for getting back centaur78. Really appreciate your help. I've been doing some "tests" since my last post... These are what I've done so far...

    1. Reseated the GPU and RAM.
    2. Used WD's HDD diagnostic tool to test WD Slave drive... (HDD reported - no problem).
    3. Ran Check disk on the SSD and HDD and reported no errors.
    4. Disconnected slave HDD and just left main SSD (Boot drive) connected.
    5. Ran Prime95. (I've attached screenshot)
-1st test (Small FFTs) - No errors all 4 workers - ran for 1 hr
-2nd test (Large FFTs) - Intermittent errors
-3rd test (Blend) - Errors always - happens within 1 min of starting the test.

**Does this tell me that my RAM is faulty?

    Other points:
    1. I've had a look in Event Viewer and saw these errors happen a lot in the past 24 hrs.
    Event ID's: 2, 3, 10, 11, 1000, 3011, 3012, 6008, 10016
    2. Also in event viewer - Critical error event id 41.
    3. CrystalDisk snapshot of SSD is attached. I hope I did the right test. I'll upload snapshot of HDD in a few minutes (I'll have to plug it in).

Thanks... I'll try to do more testing...

Update: I tried testing the RAM 1 stick at a time and found out one module by itself produced the error on prime95 whilst the other module by itself didn't produce the error. So now I removed the supposedly "faulty" ram and I'm now running my system with only 1 ram stick. I'm playing BF3 and I don't get the artifacts nor BSOD's or random freezes as for now... I've been running the system like this since my last post... I'll keep it running and observe... I'll keep updating this thread....

If in case the RAM is faulty, I may be very unlucky as I have replaced the RAM for this system 3 times already... Oh well.. We'll see how I go... Thanks for helping out! I'll keep you updated...

Please do a memtest for each RAM at each slot for 7 to 8 passes....If you start getting errors while using 2 different RAM on the same slot... then slot would be at fault or vise versa
