NETIO.SYS is a Windows networking driver, and there is most probably an issue with the network card drivers or a AV program which has it's own in-built firewall.

    Remove:

    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\McAfee Family Protection
McAfee is known to cause BSODs with Windows 7, it is best to remove this program using this tutorial provided by McAfee:

Install and perform full scans with:

Remember to install the free version of Malwarebytes not the free trail; untick the free trial box during installation. MSE is the most lightweight and compatible with the Windows 7 operating system.

You can also view this thread for a complete free and lightweight security protection combination:

I've just realized you have McAfee and MSE running on the same system, this can cause serious conflict issues, so remove McAfee and keep MSE with Malwarebytes.

Norton has be known in some cases to cause problems, however, this may be a exception since it's not the anti-virus product of Norton but a Online Backup service.

    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\Norton Online Backup
I would remove the program if BSODs are still occuring, and then use a free imaging program such as:

Or, Windows own in-built imaging features:

This will create a entire backup of your hard-drive, including the operating system and all the files stored; remember to read the information boxes within the tutorials.
