BSOD on awake after overnight Sleep.

BSOD of death when I awake (I think that's the right term) my Windows 7 Pro system in the morning after I put it to Sleep the previous night. The happens occasionally over the last four weeks. It is not every morning just once a week or so. From the picture of the screen (screen.zip) there is a USBPORT.SYS always showing so does that mean it's always the same problem? A USB device or port?
Any help appreciated.

Start by running sfc /verifyonly from and elevated command prompt (Run as Administrator). Report back with any messages.

The USBPORT.SYS crash is mostly resulted in a USB Hub malfunction, do you have a USB hub connected at all?
This thread has this issue also.

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff88004a0aab5, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: fffff880033a1038, Exception Record Address

Please update or remove these older drivers that were loaded at the time of the crash. Don't use Windows Update or the Update drivers function of Device Manager. Please use the following instructions to locate the most current drivers:

Quote:
How To Find Updated Drivers:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

Just checked the website for your device and found no driver for it. I am confused as to the Logitech driver you have installed, although I am unsure if this is the root cause to the Blue Screen.

I did some more research for the Logitech driver, which webcam do you have (if any)? Your BSOD is blaming a Logitech Camera.

I have the QuickCamPro4000 USB(DarkFocusRing). Odd I didn't have the cam connected for the lat 2 months. I just connected it and the system loaded some drivers. I'm not sure which I installed last year for the thing. I remember I had a problems getting drivers for Win7.

Also, I have a copy of "Driver Maginian" from Giveaway of the Day. Should I use it to update the drivers?
I also noticed that a lot of the first drivers in your list are Windows system drivers. Not sure how to update them.
Note also this is a Dell machine and I've done all the updating through the Dell site (apart from the ATI video card and the peripherals). I have a feeling Dell doesn't have the latest drivers.
