BSOD playing Assassins Creed 3 , error 0x000000d1 + App Crashes

Hi,

I am getting BSOD playing AC3. Fresh install of Windows. The machine is overclocked, but the crashes only started yesterday, and it had been working fine for a few days without crashes. From what I have seen code d1 refers to a driver error, so I was hoping to get some help establishing what the root of the problem is.

Diagnostic files are attached. I tried to attache the MEMORY.DMP file, but is is 81MB in size and wont upload.

I have also been experiencing random crashes/freezes when playing the game, details below;
