Interleave Data Depth [None] When looking at your system info further you can see your bios is dated 02/04/10 so a bios update may be a good place to start as would be some hardware tests of your ram you could also before testing ram pull the sticks out and reinsert them to ensure they are seated properly
RAM - Test with Memtest86+ as a last resort i may be temted to remove and reseat cpu but you would need to apply fresh thermal paste if you do that so i would leave that for the moment as a last resort
