SF_Diagnostic_Tool help needed: file SF_DD_MM_YYYY doesn't show up

Hi there,

I downloaded and ran with Admin privileges the SF_Diagnostic_Tool.exe file and used the Grab All button as instructed in the tutorial link below. But the file SF_DD_MM_YYYY never showed up on my desktop. Could someone please help? Thanks

Found the reason: I had to copy the SF_Diagnostic_Tool.exe on my Desktop and ran it from there. Problem solved.
