It's your power supply unit (PSU), have you got a laptop or desktop?

Ah ok, I have got a desktop computer. My PSU crashes years ago, I replaced it by a Corsair Power 400W (it is younger than the other hardwares)

Okay, it's good you haven't got a OEM (Dell etc.) one, they're usually low quality and tend to cause problems.

Post a screenshot of your voltages please, just to check for any problems.

Your voltages look fine to me, the 12V rail looks a little high, have you tried testing with OCCT again? Keep the test running for an hour, and check the folder specified with the tutorial for the screenshots.

Have you checked the CPU socket pins on the motherboard?
Remove the CPU, use a magnifying glass to inspect the pins.

At this point you will need to swap out components in order to find the cause, either known good components in your system or your components in a known good system.
I would start with the GPU, then RAM, monitor, keyboard and mouse, (seems your PSU 'should' be good) even your PSU.
Yes, the keyboard and mouse can cause this error.
If everything is good then it's likely your motherboard.
