Okay i ran prime95 and i got these results
    [Fri Jan 11 19:24:00 2013]
FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.5, expected less than 0.4
Hardware failure detected, consult stress.txt file.

I couldn't find stress.txt but i searched up about it and i think it's just a static help file and prime95 doesn't create it.
Is there a way so i can test to find out which hardware failed?

Changed the thermal paste and clocked down my cpu 300mhz, so far passed both 1024K self tests. I'll keep it running for about two more hours then stop.
I'll be out tonight so should i running it while i'm gone? probably 5 ish hrs

Results for second test run: 307 tests in for 7 hrs 44 minutes, 0 warnings, 0 errors.

It seems to be okay for now. Temps stayed stable between 62-67C for first core and 60-67C for the second core (E5200)
