BSOD with USB and sometimes with sleep

Hello there. I seem to be having a very similar problem and I'm not sure exactly the cause. I can make the PC BSOD when I have something plugged into the the first front panel USB and then plug a 2nd device in. Also, the PC will sometimes BSOD a few seconds after attempting to go to sleep. I have attached my SF Diagnostics. If there's anything I can provide please let me know and thank you for any help that can be provided!

This seems to have worked as I haven't any BSOD since. I have another problem attempting to upgrade to W8 now that I'll make another post for. Thank you for your help!
