Occasional random BSOD Error Code d1

For a few weeks know I've been experiencing random blue screen crashes all with the same error code (d1, more info to come). The computer will crash whether I'm playing a game, on the web, or if my computer is just sitting idle. I've tried factory restoring the computer, updating the drivers via Dell and Intel, and every security, memory, and hardware scan I've run has come back clean which has brought me to the end of my computer know-how. Below I've posted my system specs, the error codes that Windows gives me when my computer boots after blue screening, and I've attached some crash dump files. Thanks for any help in advance!

    System Specs:
    Model: Inspiron 5423 (14z)
    Processor: Intel i7-3517U (1.90GHz)
    Ram: 8gb
OS: 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4000 & AMD Radeon HD 7570M
    Disk Drives: Hitachi HTS5450 (500GB) & Litenoit LMT-32 (32GB SSD)

    Error Codes:
    BCCode: d1
    BCP1: 0000000000000038
    BCP2: 0000000000000002
    BCP3: 0000000000000000
    BCP4: FFFFF88001753CA8

since you said you just reinstalled all of your drivers I would first uninstall the drivers and then follow this tutorial about cleaning up the remnants of drivers before re installing the storage drivers which can be found here
