BSOD playing Planetside 2 error 0x000000e1

I've recently installed a new mobo (MSI 990fxa-65v2) and a new cpu fan from my previous mobo (m4a98-e). I didn't format or anything, I just started it the computer up and installed all the drivers from the disk. Everything seemed fine until I started up planetside 2. I've received 2 BSOD so far; one during load and another 5 mins after I was in the game. Every time I reboot, I would be greeted with an error relating to Magic Disc and trayicon1 (I can't really remember the exact error). Please help and thanks in advance.

Hey I just ran verifier.exe just as the thread suggested but now my computer is hanging at the startup showing Please wait... It's been around 10 minutes and it's still like this. What do I do next?

How long should this usually last, approximately?

according to the tutorial

After a reboot, driver verifier should be enabled. Use your computer as you normally would, although expect frequent BSODs if there are driver issues. If the system doesn't crash after 24 hours, disable driver verifier.

Sorry if I was unclear. I was referring to the hang up on boot or the Please wait... issue

It has taken more than 20 minutes and restarting it only seems to produce the same effect, the please wait... logo pauses and never resumes. This happens as soon as it boots up to the screen.
