BSOD NTFS.sys while browsing net

    BSOD NTFS.sys while browsing net


    Hi, recently my desktop started having random freezes without any BSOD so I decided to reformat it. After reformatting, the random freezes still continued and I tried this(Computer randomly stops responding because of a deadlock situation in Windows Server 2008 R2 or in Windows 7) but it didn't work. Then just awhile ago I got a BSOD with something to do with NTFS.sys. It froze again while I was typing this

    There are no .dmp files in the attachment.

    Please follow this tutorial: Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD and set to collect Small Memory Dumps.

    NTFS.sys sounds like a hard drive issue. Please do the following:

    Upload a screenshot of your hard disk using CrystalDiskInfo:

    Make a hard drive test from the hard drive manufacturers website:

    Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:

    Hard drive test both short and long with:

    Also the DOS version of:

    Hi koolkat, thanks for replying. Here's a screenshot of the CrystalDiskInfo. I'm gonna try the disk check now. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to download for the other links you provided though :/

    Edit: I've finished the disk checking. How do I check the results of it?
