BSOD watching netflix. Now cannot boot up comp. Error msg attached.

Hey everybody,
I was recently watching netflix on my desktop and got a BSOD. I hadn't had any problems with my computer for months. I attempted to restart the computer, and was able to do so. However, upon restarting, I noticed that there were several problems with various components. For example, the resolution on the screen was very poor (looked like safe mode), the computer could not connect to the network, and the sound was not working. Then I got a message saying my copy of windows 7 was not genuine (I payed for it and it is genuine). I restarted the computer several more times in normal mode, got another BSOD, and then tried starting it up in safe mode. I tried to restore the computer to an earlier timepoint using windows backup and restore, but this did not help. Now I cannot even get into safe mode. The following message pops up:

Thanks for your help!
