BSOD When overclocking 1055t Cpu to 3.5ghz.

I recently bought a 212 evo cooler for my cpu, this keeps my cpu at around 30 degrees or under. I've tried overclocking my cpu to 3.5ghz but when i load my pc up, i get a bluescreen with "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR" within 2 minutes of being on my desktop. I will attach the Dump files in a zip file with all the other details with the "SF Diagnostic tool"

The latest dump file is the 010913-8455-01

I'm running Windows 8 64bit.

I've been told that this should work;

Anything that says 'Spread Spectrum' = Disabled
Cool&Quiet = disabled
C1E = disabled
Turbo = disabled
CPU ratio = 14
CPU bus = 250
NB voltage = 1.2
CPU/NB voltage = 1.35
CPU voltage = 1.425
HT link speed = auto
CPU/NB frequency = auto
DRAM frequency = auto

Help to overclock Phenom II X6 1055T
This is a 2.8GHz stock CPU, mutlipliers are locked. I've been going with raising the FSB and volts and adjusting RAM settings. I'm aiming for 4.0GHz. I have had it to 3.7 but can't get back. When I raise the FSB to 286MHz the core 0 runs at .807GHz while the other cores are at 3.7. This board...

Amd 1055t?
AMD has the 1055T, 1075T, and the 1090T at 2800, 3000, 3200. So I'm going to buy the 1055T because it seems to me that the 1075T and 1090T is just a 1055T which has been overclocked. So the 1055T should last longer and be more stable?
