Windows 7: BSOD starting Windows, error: 0x000000c9 Can`t start Windows.

Do you get it on boot or on shutdown? And you you get it always?

I dont get it every time. Lets say about one out of three.
I am still not 100% sure, but I think it is when it boots up again.
