    Device queue is not busy.
Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known BSOD causer. Uninstall the program at first. Then download SPTD standalone installer from Disk-Tools.com, and execute the downloaded file as guided below :

    • Double click to open it.
    • Click this button only:
    • If it is grayed out, as in the picture, there is no more SPTD in your system, and you just close the window.

From another crash dump, that is alos a stop 0x9F; showing a different crasher. Atheros Bluetooth Driver.

Update it from ATHEROS drivers for Microsoft Windows (Atheros?????).

Apparently there are no other errors, but as the system is crashing, you should pay attention to these suggestions, too.

    Free up the startup.

    1. Click on the Start button
    2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
    3. Select the “Startup” tab.
    4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
    5. Apply > OK
    6. Accept the restart.

    Uninstall all the Asus bloatware.

Uninstall Trend Micro. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download and install those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

Do some USB oriented troubleshooting. For the port, first, uninstall and reinstall the USB ports drivers.

    1. Right click on Computer icon > manage. It will open the computer management window.
    2. Click on "Device Manager" in the left pane, it will list all installed devices up.
    3. Expand "USB Serial Bus Controllers" by clicking on the triangle in front of it.
    4. Click on one item to select, then right click and uninstall.
    5. Do the same for all.
    6. Restart the computer.
    7. At restart, windows will auto configure the appropriate drivers.

And, Disable USB Selective Suspense too.
USB Selective Suspend - Turn On or Off

For the devices, first, detach all the USB devices other than the keyboard and mouse.
Then, Update the drivers for them all, including the keyboard and mouse, if any third party drivers are installed for them.

    Let us know the results.

Install it and see what happens. Our senior debugger Dave76 suggested me to suggest for that version only, when needed. The later ones are unstable.

You may read his post here: https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...ml#post2216767, where installing this version helped a lot.

    Hi,
I installed the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology version 11.2.0.1006 and there was't any bluescreen crash since then but when I opened my pc windows explorer has stopped working, it crashes constantly and I had to use my recover Dvd to solve this issue then updated some of the drivers mentioned here in case of BSOD ( not rapid storage) however got a crash a few seconds ago about windows explorer again when I connect my storage device to my laptop

    .. I 'm not sure should I start a new thread about it ?
