    Try to Roll back the driver to the earlier one that worked good for you.

    Are you overclocking anything? How'bout trying to underclock the GPU?

    Not only was your latest .dmps pointing to your GPU, but also ptgc.sys which is:

    FYI: I have to go out for a while, will be back later.

    Hmm, no I'm not overclocking anything at all... And I don't have any C-Media software installed... I am not sure how that audio driver is there, or even what driver to update/get rid of for it

    You may not think so.
    One way is to copy/paste this: fltrPLTGC.dll or any variation of that including PTGC.sys into Search programs and files at the bottom, after you click on the Start Orb.

    PLTGC is in the drivers for your headphones, take a look here: Support Knowledge Base | Plantronics, its the first and third listed under GameCon 780 Drivers, now I don't know if you have the 780, so, look for a newer driver version for your model number of Plantronics phones.

    Also look here for the newest driver version of your sound card: Fractal Audio Systems Support

    You may still have an issue with your video card, but sound is also a crucial element to playing games.

    Do not despair I know troubleshooting can take a lot out of a person, but we need you to remain strong, and alert.

    Hmm, I am not currently using the Fractal Audio sound card (I uninstalled the drivers and the device is not plugged in). I'm a bit confused then on which C-Media updates I should be installing/downloading... I do have a Gamecon 780.

    Update the BIOS.
    Code:
    BiosVendor = Award Software International, Inc.
    BiosVersion = F3
    BiosReleaseDate = 05/13/2010
    There is enough hint of a rootkit .... or it may be old chipset driver, malfunctioning.
    Code:
    fffff880`030cbb18  fffff880`010fef4f ataport!IdeStartCrbSynchronized+0x
    fffff880`030cba28  fffff880`011091a0 ataport!WPP_MAIN_CB
    fffff880`030cb988  fffff880`010f8fd8 ataport!AtaPortGetPhysicalAddress+0x2c
    fffff880`030cb948  fffff880`01102591 ataport!IdeProcessPortNotification+0x16d
    What were there in the USB ports during the crash?

    That is the latest non-BETA BIOS offered for the motherboard... The USB ports only had my Gamecom headphones, my G110 logitech keyboard and my Razer Imperator mouse
