    Agree with Pauly, with the unknown command from somewhere and running CCleaner, I think a clean install would be your best option.

    First you can try System File Checker to see if there is anything that can be fixed.

    The pc is ok now as i wrote above.

    For those who ask about the command it was this: dism /online /cleanup-image /spsuperseded /hidesp
