OK had a look at your crash dumps both if which point to problems with networking:
Code:

*******************************************************************************
Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.
BugCheck 1E, {ffffffffc0000005, fffff80000b99e70, 0, 0}
Probably caused by : NETIO.SYS ( NETIO!KfdClassify+76e )
Followup: MachineOwner

had a look at your network interface drivers and noticed they were very out of date:
Code:
0: kd> lmvm Rt64win7
start end module name
fffff880`0572a000 fffff880`0575c000 Rt64win7 (deferred)
Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\Rt64win7.sys
Image name: Rt64win7.sys
Timestamp: Thu Feb 26 04:04:13 2009 (49A65B0D)
CheckSum: 0002EB30
ImageSize: 00032000
Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
the drivers can be updated here
And the last hing i noted was that you have Daemon tools installed which is known to cause BSODs I recommend uninstalling it and then running this tool, if the uninstall box is grayed out when you run the tool daemon tools is uninstalled successfully and no further action is required. If the uninstall button is not grayed out then click it and let the tool do its job DO NOT click the install button it will install drivers onto your PC that cause BSODs.
EDIT: Thought about this after the fact I can check for OCing from the debugger and yes this processor does seem to be overclocked:
Code:
0: kd> !sysinfo cpuinfo
[CPU Information]

Processor may be overclocked!
