Many different bsods. Everytime shows ntkrnlpa.exe fault

Hello. I am already living 4 months with annoying bluescreens which appears anytime. Everything starts after moving from XP to Win7. Before a few weeks I bought new sata2.5 samsung Hdd because I thought that it was hdd fault but the problem persists. During this time I tried many things - removing almost all soft and programs, disk scans through cmd, memtest (after 17 passes it have found no errors), registry fix programs, reinstall all windows and reinstall just windows files. but the problem as you can see still persists. Bsod appears in many different situations - sometimes while wathcing movie, sometimes while doing nothing or even after few seconds after pressing shut down button and so on...
As I recognized Bluescreen viewer shows that everythere are shown that bsod ae caused by ntkrnlpa.exe driver. Maybe it gives you some ideas. I really hope that you will help me to fix everything.
