BSOD streaming Netflix

    BSOD streaming Netflix


    I have experienced the BSOD twice while streaming Netflix. I have no yet been able to copy down the error code displayed on the screen. Please help!

    Hi and welcome to SForums :)

    You have no dump files in your Corpswife.zip, please can you try again and post back.

    SF Diagnostic Tool - Using for Troubleshooting

    Just press the grab all button once and wait for all the screens to appear automatically and click off one by one

    Hi,

    Im afraid still no dump file, all the rest are there. :)

    You may need to set windows to collect your small memory dumps please follow this tutorial:

    Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

    Then once set, and after the next crash and the computer reboots, please carry out the same procedure as before:

    Then please post back and we can help you further.

    If it helps, see the pic below, the file should look like this, and have the top one in the list also.



    Sorry for the hassle, but in order to help we need the top file :)
