Hi slatersgators, Welcome to SF

Had a look at your dumps and they are all pointing at the driver athrx.sys which is Atheros network adapter driver, i recommend you update this driver as its quite old 09/06/09 and actually predates windows 7. If network is onboard your mobo you may need to go to mobo manufacturers website for driver if its a seperate network card you have installed then visit their site instead
You seem to have two AV installed ?
Start Menu\Programs\McAfee Security Scan Plus
Start Menu\Programs\Norton 360
Start Menu\Programs\Norton
This is never good i recommend removal

You seem to have many old drivers on your system heres a list of all the drivers that pre date Windows 7 i recommend you have a go through the list and update all you can especially the bootom one which is your gfx drivers

Still looks like its blaming a driver althopugh it doesnt specify an exact one, fltmgr.sys is mentioned but this is a windows driver relating to HDDs so the driver itself cannot be faulty i would recommend you run a HDD check to be on the safe side
Hard Drive Diagnostic Procedure

How did you get on with all the old drivers i listed before ? they look to all be still on your system you should try to update them

Pauly: I only replaced the drive you suggested go first to see if that fixed it. I am working on finding all the other drivers. Is there a reason why these were not updated when I switched from Vista to Windows 7? Also, why have none of the drivers updated at all? Isn't that something that is normally done without me having to do anything? It would seem to be an automatic thing.
