    yep, i am using NORTON 360.

    OK go ahead and remove it using this Tool and then please replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials.
    You can reinstall Norton once we rule it out as the cause of the problem.

    when you replace it test and see if your still getting the video/audio choppyness when running utorent and trying to watch a video

    to be honest, i had no idea norton d fu** up my system its incredibly annoying ,if i knew that i wouldnt pay for that av. so far so good mate,i didnt get any error.thanx again
