Obtain a can of compressed air and use that to blow out the vents and crevices accessible from the outside. Something like:
The bottom of the laptop should have a panel with screws to access the RAM, remove it and carefully blow into that area too.

my CPU and mobo are very high.....how can I reduce them?

I don't have screw driver, will get it and remove the dust.....
but how can I lessen the CPU and BSOD?
