This isn't really resolved, but I'm considering it closed. I went through the previous steps and I was still getting the same things (Windows wouldn't totally close out, and BSoD). It was a clean install of windows on the new SSD. The only thing that changed was changing out my HDD for a SSD. I rechecked
drivers and they were the newest versions from intel, there is only 1 version of the BIOS for the SSD so there aren't any updates there yet, and AHCI was turned on in the bios. So, I took out the SSD and installed windows on the HDD. It is running perfectly now. I decided to keep the HDD in for now, if I get more time I'll have to try it again and see if I can figure out if it is a
driver issue or a BIOS issue with the SSD. When a new BIOS comes out I'll have to try it.
Thanks for everyone's help.
