    BSOD While on Skype usually.

I don't remember if it's happened at other times, but the last 3 times have been while I was on Slype in a call, after 3 or more hours into the call.

    Here is the minidump.

There are no new dump files.
And please grab all files next time.

Hmm, that is weird. I guess they didn't produce dump files. I went ahead and grabbed all the files. These are the only ones that actually contain anything. The others don't have anything in them. the SF diagnostic tool keeps getting caught up at a certain point saying that windows/dxdialg doesn't exist. I click continue but then it hangs on that point in the progress bar forever.

Please upload your msinfo32.nfo file. To get this: Start Menu -> Type msinfo32 into the Search programs and files box -> When it opens, go to File, Save -> Save as msinfo32.nfo and save in a place you will remember -> Let it finish the process of gathering and saving the system info -> Right click the .nfo file, click send to compressed (zipped) folder -> Upload the .zip file here.

Please upload your msinfo32.txt file. To get this: Start Menu -> Type msinfo32 into the Search programs and files box -> When it opens, go to File, Export -> Save as msinfo32.txt and save in a place you will remember -> Let it finish the process of gathering and saving the system info -> Right click the .txt file, click send to compressed (zipped) folder -> Upload the .zip file here.

    They're both corrupted.

Anyway, please configure the system for small memory dumps following this tutorial:
Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

Do you get blue screens in safe mode?

Have you made any recent hardware or software changes?

My computer is already setup to give small memory dumps after BSOD. All the options are ticked correctly as shown in the tutorial.

I haven't booted in safe mode due to the very particular and infrequent nature of the BSODs.

I recently added a USB 3.0 PCI-e card into my top PCI-e slot. My sound card was there, which I relocated to a different PCI-e slot (I liked the arrangement better that way).

Does your PC BSOD only on skype or at other times as well?

I can only remember it happening three times and yes, all three were when I was on Skype.
