I am trying to clear up my start up while waiting on display driver issues but is it ok not to choose the intel start ups in that menu? and I found the SynTPEnh.exe and made sure that was on but I can not find anything that is labeled antivirus for windows since I removed zone alarm.

I am clearing my start up and I wanted to make sure it was ok I unselected the intel and sound system boxes in the the start up menu. I found the SynTPEnh.exe and made sure that was on but I did not find the antivirus selection that was needed. What would it be called?

The MSINFO report suggests that drivers are missing
    Code:
AT91USBSerial USB\VID_236A&PID_9220\6&249FAAEA&0&6 The drivers for this device are not installed.
Not Available ACPI\CPL0002\2&DABA3FF&2 The drivers for this device are not installed.
SM Bus Controller PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C22&SUBSYS_04901028&REV_05\3&11583659&0&FB The drivers for this device are not installed.
facap, FastAccess Video Capture ROOT\IMAGE\0000 This device is disabled.
PCI Device PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5209&SUBSYS_04901028&REV_01\4&DECCFB7&0&00E3 The drivers for this device are not installed.
    Those should be high priority.

I have attempted to find those drivers but my net searches never lead to any real result. Is there a site for them? I do not understand how they got removed and when in device manager attempting to update drivers it says that it cannot find drivers for those items on the net either.

I have tried the dell/alienware site and none of the four listed drivers are on that list for my laptop nor are they searchable in there system. I did their scan for what I need to update and all they came up with was the driver for my headset to be updated and I know they are wrong considering I removed the nvidia dispaly drivers when I started this process this morning. I am sorry I am such a bother but I am at my wits end here. I have downloaded and installed drivers that were under that search heading for the missing drivers from various google searches and none have worked. The msinfo32 still says I am missing those 4 drivers.

Does your system have a ServiceTag code on it? if so, what is it?
