I was reading more about the missing drivers online and it said that maybe taking out the battery and putting it back in will kick the driver update for that AT91usbserial but that sounds wrong to me also I read that Maybe installing the nvidia driver after the intel would've been optimal. Again idk what else I am doing wrong. Is it possible that something is physically wrong with the laptop? It has never been dropped or hurt in anyway but I thought I should ask since it still won't accept that previous driver version from nvidia arc suggested. Thanks again.

WOW this is a tough one. While you are waiting for a BSOD team could you let us know all security programs you have installed now and also previous install security programs?
I will go back to observing.

I have only the windows 7 firewall and malware right now. And I uninstalled zone alarm since arc suggested it. Before I did the full system wipe I had used norton. I am sorry this is rough. I have no idea why it is acting like this. It BSOD at least 4 times a week. Dell told me it just happens. They were NO help whatsoever. I can not thank you guys enough.

Ok so When i started this thread I went with your first instructions and removed the nvidida display driver in safe mode with driver fusion. Then I went to install the driver version you suggested and got the incompatible error message and you were not sure how to proceed so called in noel. She said I was missing several other drivers that should be priority. PCI driver AT91useserial and SM bus driver and facap drivers are missing. She gave me links to the dell site that had those drivers. I DL'd and ran the install for all the drivers she found and restarted the comp. No error code came up but those drivers were still missing. The msinfo still showed I was missing all four drivers. she suggested going into driver manager and deleting any driver with a yellow caution symbol or a red X on it and then rebooting to kick windows updater into doing something. It prompted me to install a nvidia driver and an intel driver. I did the nvidia fist and then during the install for the intel driver the screen went black and the comp froze. I waited 20 mmin for it to either reboot itself or for the screen to come back. It did neither so I hard reset it. I went to look at the windows updates after it had booted again and the nvidia was listed so i tried again. The install failed and the driver install was removed from the list in windows update. Then it BS'd and that is the one you are seeing. I have tried to install that older driver you had suggested originally but it still says that it is incompatible for my laptop. So I still have the latest driver and am missing all 4 of those other drivers. This is why it appears I have done nothing is because it kind of looped me back and I have no idea why drivers do not install correctly or at all. Sorry for the long post.
