| | Assistance please with a bsod Hi I need some assistance, having an issue with a bsod at start up, would like to provide the mini dump file here so someone could point me in the correct direction to fix. I have created mini dmp,tried to open but it says do not have authority. I have read your advise should I download you SF software, and follow instruction to run and it will create everything needed to allow someone to view ina readable form advise how to fix issue. Thanks in advance for any advise Tony |
