BSOD while idle

Hello, I recently build myself a new computer... even the first day I noticed issues where my computer would hang up when I tried to type my password... this was on Windows 8. So I decided to install Windows 7, I've had no issues at all, but I have had crashes once in a while due to the 330 Intel SSD, found a fix for that a no issues after that.

But now when I came home from school my computer have been idle all day, but I had a popup telling me about how Windows recovered from a error (Bluescreen). I'd love to get some help!
