    rebooting

hi there,my computer is still doing this.when i boot it up normally,it gets to the welcome screen then reboots.the only way to stop this is to start it in safe mode, shut it down and then boot normal and it starts.could this be a driver issue?if so,how can i figure out which one?thanks.

Post back a screenshot of Disk Management - Post a Screen Capture Image - Windows 7 Help Forums.

Run a few Startup Repairs to see if it finds anything.

If this doesn't help I'd consider getting a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
which steps are same for retail.

In this case I'd also wipe the HD first with Diskpart Clean Command to clear the boot sector.

Then if the problem repeats you'll know its a hardware issue.

That looks normal to me - run the Startup Repairs as recommended by Greg

Click the blue links for illustrated tutorials for how to do the steps I gave you.

You did intend to do the steps, right? Otherwise why would you ask for help here?

Issues like this take utter thoroughness. Otherwise take it to a shop.
