freezing issue and hanging in wind 7

hello. I have had issues with win7 freezing, so I re installed on a new hard drive.I have done all the updates avail for win7 and had some freezing issues. Sometimes the program will freeze on startup screen (colored floating square thingys), and sometime it will freeze after 5 or ten minutes of being in windows. nothing that i can put my finger on to repeat and say "aha its when i do this" So I will attache minidumps and Sf Diagnostic dump file and hope someone can find something.
I will also include a dump file from windows, but i think that is for BSOD, right? and i am not getting bsod, just freezing.
    Thank you in advance.
ok couldnt attach the minindump file got a no permission error.

    Welcome to the forum.

There's one dump from today. You have an errant kernel mode driver accessing paged memory out of bounds. In this case, it's AVGLDX64.SYS belonging to AVG Technologies CZ (or a rogue of the same name). Seems to be common with this antivirus. Did your problems start after loading AVG?

    For test purposes:
    1. Make sure Windows Firewall is turned on.
    2. Un-install the AVG software. Reboot.
    3. Run SFC /scannow from an elevated command prompt. Take special notice that errors may take multiple runs.
    4. Install MSE and run a full scan after updates.

    Report back.

i ran sfc/scannow. a few files were not able to be repaired.so I copied the CBS log for your viewing pleasure.
I will now install MSE and scan.

All that's there is the find instruction.
    findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log >"%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt"

The actual file should be on your desktop and named sfcdetails.txt.
