    New computer BSOD


    I have a new computer and I am getting a blue screen before i can even get into windows.. Ive also tried safe mode with no luck. any Ideas?

    Well I cannot get into the computer at all to run the program given in the instructions..

    Do you have access to another computer to download and burn a bootable disc? If so, do it and scan the system for possible virus infection.


    If still not worked, I guess it is time for a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. If you opt for it, first secure your data, follow the tutorial: Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console.

    Arc- I have also tried a clean install, since it is a new computer there was nothing on it to lose.

    After the clean install it was still crashing at start-up.
